Returns & Refunds Policy

At Audiogroup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns and refund policy below.
1. Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
⚠️ Please do not send your product directly to the manufacturer.
All returns must be processed through Audiogroup first.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including (but not limited to):
- Headphones and earphones (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-built, special-order, or clearance/sale items
- Gift cards or downloadable software
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
4. Return Shipping & Handling Fees
- A 15% handling fee applies to all approved returns.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to the manufacturer or Audio Group, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (where applicable) will be deducted from your refund total.
Note: If your return is due to a defect, the product may need to be sent to the manufacturer for assessment before a replacement or refund can be issued.
5. Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Items showing signs of use
- Damaged or missing packaging or components
- Items returned after 7 days but within 30 days of delivery (at our discretion)
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@audiogroup.co.za.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@audiogroup.co.za and send your product to:

9. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
10. Return Shipping Instructions
To return your product, please courier it to:

- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If the item value exceeds R5,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The time required to receive exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
11. Legal Rights
This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under South African law.
