At Audiogroup, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible delivery experience. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
We offer FREE shipping on some orders; however, a weight-based shipping fee may apply to certain remote or out-of-coverage areas where our couriers do not provide standard delivery services.
We will always do our best to maintain free delivery where possible and will inform you if additional charges apply before your order is dispatched.
2. Same-Day Delivery
For same-day delivery, please contact us before placing your order to confirm stock availability and courier routes.
Same-day delivery depends on stock, location, and courier capacity.
3. Delivery Times
Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 7 working days, depending on order size, delivery address, and courier service.
Deliveries to Main areas are typically completed within 2 to 3 working days.
Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM are usually processed on the same day, provided full payment has cleared in our bank account.
- Orders are only processed once we have received both order confirmation and full payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can monitor your parcel’s progress.
6. Delivery Address and Risk
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
Once your order has left our premises, ownership and risk pass to you.
Where possible, please use a business address for delivery, as couriers generally require a signature upon receipt and may not leave parcels unattended.
7. Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, parcels may be returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts).
In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
- Any additional delivery costs for resending the parcel will be for the customer’s account.
Please note that once a parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery time and handling are beyond our direct control.
If your parcel is returned because the courier was unable to reach you or due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
8. In-Store Pickup
If you select Local Pickup at checkout:
- Your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 to 3 business days.
- You will receive an email notification once your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 08h30 – 16h00
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase.
9. Order Cancellation and Refunds
We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund if we are unable to deliver to your location or if free shipping cannot be offered.
If an additional shipping charge applies, we will contact you for confirmation before proceeding. You may decline to pay the extra fee and request a full refund.
10. Wholesale and Trade Orders
For resellers or wholesale clients, shipping is for the client’s account.
Shipping charges will be confirmed on the final pro forma invoice before payment.
11. Terms and Customer Conduct
Please review our Terms & Conditions before placing an order.
We always strive to provide excellent service; however, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to any customer who behaves unreasonably,
- Cancel an order,
- Decline a refund or return request where appropriate.
